Terms & Conditions

When you do business with Logoed, you agree to have read the following terms and conditions, and also agree to abide by them.

General Terms

Logoed will provide its initial logo concepts in 2-5 business days from the day of your order. If you like a concept, you can ask for revisions. Each revision period takes about 1-3 business day(s). Unlimited revisions to the chosen concept will be made to achieve 100% client satisfaction.

Furthermore, client should have at least 45 days to proceed with our design process, which includes choosing a concept and responding to the revisions. In case of failing to respond to our revisions and emails for more than 45 days, your project will be assumed to be completed thus will be closed and removed from our schedule.

Refund Policy

You have the right to ask for a full refund if you don't like any of our initial concepts ($15 will be deducted for administration fee). But, when you request more than three revisions on a particular concept or additional concepts, you lose your right of asking for a refund. Moreover, request for a refund will not be processed:

• If you have already approved our design
• If the files are ready to be delivered
• If the project is abandoned for a reason that is not related to our design service, such as change of your company name
• If you fail to respond for more than 45 days

Legal Rights

Upon completion of your project, final logo becomes exclusive property of yours. You have unconditional and royalty-free use of your logo. However, we keep hold of the rights to display it on our online portfolio, and in printed advertising materials. On the other hand, all the unchosen concepts and drafts will remain exclusive to Logoed.
