Why do I need a professional logo for my company?
Professional logo makes your company look reputable and trustworthy. It also gives a good impression to your new customers. Nevertheless, you need a professional logo in order to make your advertising/marketing campaigns more efficient.
What is a logo concept?
Logo concept is a unique graphical representation of a central idea/viewpoint that is based on your company name and its background.
What is a logo revision?
Logo revision is a modification made to the existing logo concept according to the client's requirements. It can be either a change in color or font.
How many logo concepts and revisions will there be available to choose from?
You will be provided with four initial logo concepts. And, you can have unlimited revisions on any of those four concepts.
How long does it take to view my logo drafts?
Your first logo concept will be available in 2-5 business days.
Where can I view my logo drafts?
We will create you a personal web page, where you can view all of your ongoing logo concepts and revisions.
Why does the color seen on computer screen differ from the color on printed copy?
This is a natural occurrence due to the different technology used to display color on screen and printer. Computer screen uses RGB (Red Green Blue) combination to display colors. On the other hand, printer uses CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black) combination to print out desired colors.
Why am I not able to see the updated concepts and revisions on my personal web page?
Most of the time, it's because your browser displays cached version (old version) of the page to increase the loading performance. You can come across this problem simply by refreshing your browser window.
What if I don't like any of the concepts provided?
If you don't like any of our initial concepts, you can either ask for another four concepts or for a full refund. By the way, you should remember that you lose the right to ask for a refund in the future when you ask for extra concepts. Please read our refund policy.
I've decided to cancel my order. What should I do?
Well, you should contact us as soon as possible to let us know about it.
Who owns the rights to the final logo?
As a client, you own all the rights of the final logo. However, we reserve the right to put it in our portfolio. On the other hand, we own all the rights of any unchosen concepts and drafts.
In what file formats do you deliver the logo?
We deliver your logo in many file formats, which can be used for both print and web. Below is a quick overview of each file format.
  • AI—it's the native file format for Adobe Illustrator. Hence, you can edit the file using Adobe Illustrator if you need to.
  • EPS—high-resolution vector file, which is used for high quality printing purposes.
  • TIFF—high-resolution bitmap file, which is also used for high quality printing purposes.
  • BMP—a type of bitmap file, which can be implemented easily into general computer programs such as word processors. It can also be used for in-house low quality printing purposes.
  • GIF, JPEG & PNG—low-resolution bitmap files that are mainly optimized for web use.
What are the differences between vector and bitmap files?
Vector files are made of smooth lines and curves that can be resized without any loss in quality. On the other hand, pixels (dots) make up bitmap files. Loss in quality occurs as you resize bitmap files due to the interpolation of pixels.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay either by your credit card or through PayPal.
